      Description

      Andy Uhrich reported:

As part of re-uploading corrected versions of glitchy files there were two items that wouldn't actually upload the new versions. Instead the following note came up: "We're sorry, but something went wrong. We've been notified about this issue and we'll take a look at it shortly."

      The two items are:
      https://media.dlib.indiana.edu/media_objects/avalon:15422
      https://media.dlib.indiana.edu/media_objects/avalon:15506.

There's no media associated with them as I first deleted the old glitch file but wasn't able to replace it. Interestingly, when you look at the files in the search return it shows the running time as being around an hour and a half for both, which is wrong.

Also, this is not a problem with the new files as I was able to upload them into a new item record.

      Andy also added later:

This came about because we uploaded some files that we didn't realize were glitchy. (That was based on a porous QC method that has since been corrected.) When I went to upload the new, unglitchy files it didn't work for these two records. I successfully uploaded 9 files into pre-existing records but for these two I got the error message.
